Our white pepper is freshly harvested from the fully ripe berries of the pepper plants that are washed in continuous flow of water for 2 weeks so that the outer layer is naturally removed and only the clean, lighter colored seeds are left. Our white pepper has an earthy, musky flavour. It tastes brighter, sharper and more herbaceous than black pepper, adding a subtle depth of flavour and richness to a dish and lessening the need for salt. Perfectly compatible with light colored dishes for aesthetic reasons.

Our white pepper has creamy-white color, free from sulphur and artificial chemicals. It is low in calories and packed with vitamins, calcium, iron, and manganese offering numerous health benefits. White pepper is particularly rich in piperine that effectively combats free radicals, aids digestion, reduces inflammation and relieves joint & spinal pain. 

Available in whole, cracked and ground forms.
