Our Vanilla is a premium brown-almost black pods that are hand-picked to be developed up to 6 months to ferment and get the best aroma and flavour. Our vanilla is known for being almost cream-like, delicate and earthy and also has a sweet, perfumed aroma with a woody or smoky flavour.

Vanilla boosts sweet, fruity, or rich flavours in most desserts, beverages and sauces. Vanilla can be used as therapeutic properties, to help curb sugar intake, or eases toothache.
