Our lemongrass is processed from selected fresh lemongrass which has a bright greenish yellow colour. It has no additives, no fillers, no agents, Non-GMO, and no preservatives. Our lemongrass imparts a citrusy aroma with hints of ginger , flora and minty notes as well.

Lemon grass is used as a key to balancing flavour in cuisines such as curry, sauces, salads, drinks and even more in desserts.
