Indonesia is the world’s largest producers of nutmeg with over 70% global market share. Our nutmegs are carefully harvested from the seed of the evergreen nutmeg tree native to the Maluku island of Indonesia. The inner seeds are sundried for 6 – 8 weeks before being sold whole or ground into a fine powder. This aromatic spice never fails to bring magic into today’s kitchens, be it sweet or savoury, with its richly warm and nutty flavors. 

Nutmegs offer numerous health benefits when consumed in moderation. They are packed with antioxidants, dietary fibers, vitamins and minerals, which help regulate blood sugar, promote digestion, improve brain health and reduced inflamation.

Despite its medicinal properties, nutmegs are more prone fungal infection compared to other types of spices. Our nutmegs are sterlizied using advanced proprietary techniques to keep the aflatoxin levels to a minimum, guaranteed safe for consumption.
