Fennel

Our fennel comes from fresh-selected fennel, free from pests and other chemicals which still has a strong fragrance and is pale green in colour. Our fennel has a slightly sweet taste, similar to licorice and also adds a warm fragrance to various dishes.

Fennels are nutritionally high in potassium, Vitamins A and C and calcium, and are also a good source of dietary fibre. It is commonly used as a digestive, treating gastric, bloating and heartburn problems.
